What is My Bra Concierge

My Bra Concierge is an online lingerie retailer. We use our custom fit algorithm to find bras and panties that are perfect for your shape and size. Simply complete the My Bra Concierge survey and our personal fit specialists will handpick a selection of bras and/or panties that fit your body, taste, and budget. You pay for what you like and return the rest.

How does it work?

1. Complete your TruFit Survey.

The TruFit Survey gives us information about your size, shape, budget, and style. The Fit Survey should only take 10 – 15 minutes.

2. Select the items that you would like to receive.

You can choose a bra box, combo box (bras and panties), or panty box. When you make your selection you will be charged a $10 fit fee. The fit fee will be applied towards any item you purchase.

3. Try on the items in the comfort and privacy of your own home. (Please have a layer of clothing between you and the panties - similar to how you would try them on in a store)

No awkward fitting room experiences here! Try on all the undergarments we send you in the comfort of your home. See how your new bra looks under a few of your favorite shirts and dresses. Even if you don’t think something will fit or look right, please give it a chance – it’s already there so what do you have to lose?

4. Purchase what you like, return the rest to us. The prices for each item will be listed on the itemized invoice included in your package. We include a postage prepaid return envelope to make returns simple and easy.

How is My Bra Concierge different than shopping online, or in a store?

1. We remove the uncomfortableness of the in-store undergarment shopping – no stranger encroaching upon your personal space to measure you, no ugly fitting room lighting, and no searching through bins, drawers, and racks of undergarments looking for your size and wondering if the style is right for your body shape. Bras and panties are shipped directly to you, to try on at a time convenient to you, and see how all of your favorite wardrobe items look over them.

2. Our fit survey allows us to appropriately fit you, and provide better accuracy than other online retailers.

How much does it cost?

1. The cost per item varies:

1.Our average bras range from $60 - $80

2.Our average panties range from $15 - $30 each.

What brands can I expect?

1. We currently stock Freya, Fantasie, Curvy Kate, Elomi, Goddess, On Gossamer, Le Mystere, and Natori

What ages can you fit?

1. We fit people 18 and older. If you're under 18 and interested in our service, have your parent or guardian contact us at hello@mybraconcierge.com and we'll try to work with you. 

What sizes can you fit?

1. We fit all sizes. One of the main reasons we got into this business is to provide attractive, well-fitting bras and panties to all shapes and sizes.

What is my fit profile?

1. Your fit profile is created when you complete our fit survey. Your profile contains your measurements, and style preferences. We recommend that you update your measurements at least once a year, and anytime you experience a change in weight (gain or loss) of more than 5 lbs. Also update your profile if you become pregnant or undergo any body augmentation procedure (breast augmentation, liposuction, etc.)

When will my card be charged?

1. Your card is charged the $10 fit fee when your fit specialist begins selecting items for you (within 24 hours of checkout). 

How does my subscription work?

1. Subscription boxes arrive at regular intervals. You can choose if you want a monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually subscription. You’ll receive a box on a routine basis at the interval you choose.

What if I want to change or cancel my subscription?

1. To change or cancel your subscription simply log in to your fit profile and update your order cadence. You can cancel your subscription or change how often you’re receiving one of our boxes. If your box has already shipped, your changes will be updated before your next shipment.

How do returns work?

1. For each shipment you have 7 days from the day you receive your shipment to try on your items and decide what you want to keep, and what you want to return. Within that time frame, log onto your fit profile and let us know what items you’ll be keeping and what you’ll be returning. Place your return items in the pre-marked envelope that comes with your shipment, and drop the envelope in the mail box or at your nearest post office.

How long do I have to return items?

1. You have 7 days to return items. If your return isn’t postmarked within this time period, we’ll assume that you’re keeping all of your items. You can extend your return time period by contacting us.
